Organize to Prioritize

Hello everyone!

This week’s Solution Saturday is focused on the benefits of organizing, and creating healthy habits that are easy to maintain.

Having an organized home saves both time and money, which are both commodities that we all could use more of and try to wisely spend. While putting in the time to organize may seem overwhelming, the benefits quickly outweigh the initial commitment. Being able to quickly locate items saves precious time and certain frustration, and prevents overbuying items due to losing the others among the mess. How many times have you purchased birthday candles, napkins, or batteries, just to later find an old stash stuffed away in a drawer?

Here are some examples of ways how organizing can make your life significantly easier.

Being able to find the right dish:

Setting the table:

Organizing is like putting money in a bank. The time you spend organizing will transform into the time you save trying to get out the door. This weekend, try taking the time to organize a closet or the bathroom cabinet, and maybe next week you’ll find you have more time to read that book that’s been lying on your nightstand.

Remember: you are worth the investment.

Happy Saturday and happy organizing,
